Pre-registration will end February 4th. Pre-registration is required for feast. No feast tickets will be available on the day of the event.

Pre-registered event attendees shall receive a refund for both the site and feast registrations (as applicable) provided that the refund request is received at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event by either the autocrat or the reservationist.

The event will be held indoors, in a modern building with temperature control and easily accessible water and restrooms. Marked handicap parking is available in the front of the building. The front entrance to the building is accessible to both wheelchairs and scooters. Modern restrooms are available with one handicap accessible stall each.
